I have to wonder, if Beautiful Queen Vashti knew what the outcome would be of her refusal to appear, would she have changed her mind? It makes me so thankful not to live in that kind of a day with strict rules even regarding husband and wife's behavior towards each other...and thankful not to be famous, for that matter...as it seems a lot of problems are created by people stirring up drama before the king of the day to manipulate him into their little traps and personal desires.
