Praise the Lord! Now that I've finished reading the Bible in one year, I have begun a new project.
As a gift to the world in 2011, I am overwhelmingly pleased to be finishing a project I have envisioned since 2004. One of the greatest preachers I have ever known, my late husband Brian Keith Dickerson, left a legacy of 1,436 highly anointed preaching cassette tapes. The powerfully anointed Word of God that he preached changed my whole life's paradigm. Audio Alchemy is what we are calling the project of converting all of these tapes into mp3 format to be published online...making the Word of God he preached available to the whole world for free on the internet! This conversion process is a real-time process. What this means is if the message on tape lasts 3.2 hours long, then the conversion process will be 3.2 hours plus time to edit out the silent gaps between tape changes and the actually exporting of the mp3 file (which usually takes 15 minutes.) Each audio message is usually 2 cassette tapes and up to 3 hours long. Some are combined services for messages that came in parts and can be over 4 hours long. 4 tapes will need to be converted daily for 365 days to complete Alchemy in 2011. So far, we are right on track!
Brother Brian's message mp3's can be listened to directly off the internet, or downloaded to your computer. I can't imagine a greater gift to share with you this year. Brian Dickerson paid the price of his life for the preaching of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, so to you and the world, it is without cost. What a blessing I have to be a part of carrying this over to the “other side,” if you will, of technology...like Moses was instructed to carry the bones of Joseph to the other side, in the promise land (Exodus 13:19)...from tapes in boxes to mp3's published on the world wide web!
